I am running for the Leon County School Board District 4
The knowledge I have gained as an involved parent of children in our schools
over the last 16 years, my service as a community volunteer, and my experience as a business leader make me uniquely suited to serve as a member of our School Board.
As a father of two sons who are products of the Leon County Schools, I have had an up close and very personal experience with the best our schools have to offer as well as an insider's view of the many challenges parents and teachers face on a daily basis.
As a mentor and volunteer in our schools, Boy Scouts, Leadership Tallahassee, Youth Leadership Tallahassee, the Challenger Center, and other organizations I've worked hard in a variety of different ways to make Tallahassee a better place to live, but I have also learned to appreciate the diversity of our city that makes us a great community.
As the managing partner of my law firm for 10 years, I have had to make and
live with the tough decisions that are necessary to owning and operating a
successful, growing business. I also have over 20 years working as an
attorney helping people and businesses solve problems in addition to my
experience working in all three branches of state government.
I am working hard to bring my real world,
practical experience to the School Board and I need your
help.
